If the charter is cancelled more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, a full refund of deposit amount may be given. If the charter is cancelled between 15 to 30 days before the scheduled departure date, a percentage of the total deposit amount may be retained as a cancellation fee. If the charter is cancelled less than 15 days before the scheduled departure date, the full charter deposit amount may be retained as a cancellation fee. In the event of inclement weather, the Champions Club reserves the right to cancel or postpone a scheduled charter for the safety and comfort of guests on board If the charter is canceled due to weather conditions, guests will have the option to reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund of their deposit. If Champions Club cancels a ride due to technical reasons, customers will be entitled to a full refund of their deposit.
